Even though REACH is only partly applicable to us, we are fully committed towards the REACH legislation and have started preparing for the same since 2007 to support our partners and customers established in the EU in order to facilitate smooth business activity.

Although the REACH legislation has entered into force many details need further clarification. A lot of guidelines have been published, but further explanations and interpretations are needed hence we are trying to keeping ourselves real-time updated with the latest REACH amendments.

We have pre-registered under REACH all relevant substances / preparations manufactured by us which are also considered for final registration within the time frame as stipulated by the legislation. We are also in close contact with our suppliers encouraging them to pre-register their products under REACH making the entire supply chain REACH compliant.

In due course if a certain substance is listed as SVHC, we shall promptly discontinue use of the same and inform our customers accordingly.

We shall submit to the process of registration, during which we shall be represented by INTERTEK as our REACH Only Representative (ROR) who shall be responsible for registration and submission of dossier and test data for our products.
